Amazing mini-break for the whole family My family and I stayed at the D'oreale for one night in a family room. We absolutely loved the entire stay, and made good use of our time at the Palace of Dreams. My youngest even went as far as saying that this was the best weekend of his whole life. We enjoyed the hotel, and must commend the D'oreal on their amazing service, from the moment we arrived until our departure the staff was always there, ready, and willing to help - with smiles on their faces - thank you. We made full use of the pool bar service during the day, and an incredible three-course meal for us all at Tribes. The boys especially enjoyed the funfair. All-in-all, a great stay for the entire family. So, thank you once again. It was a much-needed mini-break, and we hope to see you again soon!

Always nervous second time around My wife and I have stayed here before and we had a great time and when returning after several years, especially in a COVID world, I was nervous it wouldn’t be the same but my fears were soon dispelled. We had a fabulous time and everything was on point. We felt safe, the room was as a 5 star hotel room should be and the extra touches for valentines weekend was top drawer. The staff were very courteous and we felt welcome from the moment the doorman walked into the car park to greet us and assist us with luggage. Check in and out was painless and the breakfast, although understandably took a little longer than usual due to health protocols, was excellent with attentive service to match. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Good stay. A good and pleasant stay. Only problem the bathtub kept leaking so had to keep toping up the tub while having a bath. Can get a bit frustrating. But overall stay was good. Must say the best breakfast by far.

Gepflegt und plüschig Das klassische Kasino-Hotel in Flughafennähe (kostenloser Shuttle alle 20 Minuten) erinnert ein wenig an Las Vegas. Alles ist opulent und plüschig, teilweise sogar kitschig, aber irgendwie doch gemütlich. Das Einchecken war professionell, wie auch das gesamte Personal hervorragend und serviceorientiert ausgebildet ist, bis auf das Frühstückspersonal, das etwas schläfrig seinen Dienst verrichtete. Das Frühstück war dagegen sehr gut. Die Club-Lounge ist relativ klein und wirkt wegen des roten Plüschmobiliars sehr intim. Von 16.00 bis 18.00 Uhr werden Canapés und kleine Speisen angeboten. Die angebotenen Weine (16.00 bis 22.00 Uhr) waren von hervorragender Qualität. Unser zweckmäßig und plüschig funktional eingerichtetes Zimmer war in Ordnung. Abnutzungserscheinungen waren nicht zu übersehen. Fazit: Ein sehr ordentliches und praktisches Hotel für einen Zwischenaufenthalt. Das Preisniveau ist leider grenzwertig.

A delightful experience After a few hiccups upon initially staying here our first few nights which were brought to the attention of management, they swung into action promptly and efficiently - Everything was addressed without a fuss. The staff are attentive and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet is a treat and there are many dining options within walking distance. Thank you Peermont for living up to a 5 star experience and making us feel refreshed, relaxed and ready to explore the next part of our journey in South Africa!

Classic 5 star hotel This was everything I expect of a 5 star hotel- comfortable, quiet, clean. Check in was a bit unhelpful, the receptionist did not offer me any additional information about breakfast or the lounge or check out or anything for that matter. Luckily the porter that showed me to my room (Jacob) was very helpful and answered all my questions. Walking distance to the casino which had lots of food options. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport every 20 mins.
